Year-End Workshop

Nowadays, “safety & security” is an essential need in every aspect of human life. In one hand, every person seeks peace. Every business entity seeks peace. However, some people with bad behaviour always try to make other people feel insecure. Those people with bad behaviour are among others: terrorists, thieves, robbers, kidnappers, narcotic producers & distributors, corruptors, white-color crimes, human traffickers, sex abusers, etc. These bad people are always one step ahead of the police officers and security guards. They are so difficult to be caught. They are slippery like eel.

We have Answers!

The Behavioural Analysis Training for Security is the answer. At the end of the training, each participant will be able to:

  1. Identify and analyze the behaviour of every guest
  2. Master basic self-defense
  3. Anticipate every possible action in advance
  4. Have knowledge about body gestures, language phrases used by the bad persons.

TRAINER : Terry Upsall

Terry has spent most of his working life in a teaching and training environment, working globally, facilitating courses, seminars and workshops for small companies through to multi-national organisations.  He moved into the field of aviation security 20 years ago and has been involved in aviation security since then, working with numerous airlines and civil aviation authorities Worldwide, mainly in the area of in-flight security. Terry works as an instructor for Green Light aviation security in London, delivering train-the-trainer in-flight security courses and behavioural analysis training for airport security and ground staff and large hospitality venues.. He is also an instructor for the United Nations, delivering courses Globally on the subject of Behavioural analysis.  He is an IATA instructor, delivering in-flight security training and is currently conducting disruptive passenger management training in Singapore. He has also worked in hospitality and event management. Terry has spent many years training cabin crew and trainers, in the management of disruptive passengers, including restraint and defensive tactics.

TIME & VENUE

The workshop will be held on: Thursday, 11th December 2025, from 08:30 – 17:00 in Palm Beach Hotel, Kuta Bali.

INVESTMENT

The workshop investment is IDR 900,000 per participant. The company which sends more than one participant will get 10% discount.
